我公司是由天津天纺投资控股有限公司和天津市天泰染织有限公司共同出资的国有贸易型进出口企业，成立于2001年3月，前身是天津市色织工业公司（现更名为天津市天泰染织有限公司）进出口部。
截止目前公司注册资本5000万元人民币，拥有员工80人，下辖四个进出口业务部。并投资设立了自己的牛仔布和服装厂两个生产实体企业，形成了以进出口业务为龙头，生产制造加工企业为依托的现代外工贸公司的经营格局，2017年4月21日我公司经上级批准，改制更名为天津天泰服装进出口股份有限公司，并将于年内完成在天津滨海滨海柜台交易市场股份公司（天津OTC）挂牌。为今后进入资本市场吸纳优势股本进入和进行产权交易以及未来的公司上市，实现全方位的更大发展不断集聚和创造条件。
公司现阶段主要从事自营和代理各类商品及技术的进出口业务,经营进料加工和“三来一补”业务；经营对销贸易和转口贸易；同时也从事内销贸易。
公司主要经营色织布、牛仔布、印染布、毛纺呢绒、绒线等纺织品面料和各类服装、服饰产品的出口经营。经营棉纱、羊毛等纺织原料和冷冻食品、矿产类大宗商品的进口业务。近年来开发了钢材及有色金属、五金制品、塑料制品、缝纫设备、医疗耗材、自行车及零配件和工程机械等多项产品的出口业务；
公司成立以来，我们始终坚持“植根母体，贴紧行业”的基本定位，坚持“发展出口，做大做强”的发展战略；坚持“创办实业，工贸一体”的发展道路；坚持“诚信为本，客户为尊”的经营宗旨；坚持“倡导和谐，以人为本”的工作方针。依靠持续创新开拓，优化出口结构，完善贸易手段，拓宽经营领域，不断追求跨越，实现了出口增长方式的不断转变。促进了经营规模日益扩大和经营领域逐步拓宽。年进出口总额由公司创建之初的不足500万美元，目前增长到接近2亿美元，其中，年出口额达到1.3亿美元；公司年营业额达到24亿元人民币。
经过十几年的发展已经成为在天津市同行业中具有较强竞争实力、适当经营规模和一定创汇能力的外工贸企业。位居全市出口百强企业前50名和国有出口50强前15名之列。多年海关评为“A”类出口企业；2006年4月晋升为海关“AA”类企业；2000年获得天津市纺织系统“创汇新星奖”；2003年被评为天津市总工会2001-2002年度“十五”立功先进集体称号；2004年12月被天津市总工会命名为“阳光帮扶行动送温暖基地”；2010年获得了全国纺织工业“先进集体”称号。 2006年公司通过了“ISO—9000和ISO—14000”质量及环境认证。自2004年起公司进入天津市出口百强企业之列，名次逐年稳步提升。2008年被评为天津市劳动关系和谐AA类企业。2010年出口业务二部获得了天津市“五一劳动奖状”、2010年公司被评为“全国纺织工业先进集体”、2012年公司获得了天津市“五一劳动奖状”称号。2015年被中国出口信用保险公司授予“AAA级客户”。2016年公司还被天津团市委授予“青年文明号”称号。

About Us
Our company invested by Tianjin Tian Fang Investment Holding Co., Ltd. & Tianjin Tiantai Dyeing Weaving Co.,Ltd, is the state-owned I/E trading company, founded in March, 2001. Previously was the I/E department of Tianjin Yarn-Dyeing Company(now renamed as Tianjin Tiantai Dyeing Weaving Co.,Ltd)
Until now the company’s registered capital is 50 million yuanes, with 80 employees and 4 I/E business subordinate departments . Invest and set up our own denim factory and garment factory-- two production entities, forming a modern industry&trading company’s structure that, taking the I/E business as leader, supported by production and manufacture factories. In 21th, April, our company approved by superior department, renamed as Tianjin Tian Tai Garment I/E limited by shares, and will be listed in Tianjin Binhai OTC market(Tianjin OTC) within this year. For that in the future absorbing advantage capital,carrying out property rights transactions and listing, which can achieve greater all-round development and create conditions.
At the present stage the company is mainly engaged to self-support business and all kinds of goods agency and technology import and export business; processing imported materials and the "Three-plus-one trading-mix" business; operating counter trade and entrepot trade; meanwhile also engaged in domestic trade.
The company mainly engaged in export business of textile fabrics, clothing, and apparel products’ export business, such as yarn-dyed fabric, denim cloth,printing&dyeing fabric, woolen cloth, wool, etc.;import business of cotton yarn, wool and other textile raw materials, frozen food and mineral commodities. In recent years, we develop export business of steel and non-ferrous metals, metal products, plastic products, sewing equipment, medical supplies, bicycles and spare parts and construction machinery, etc.
Since the company founded, we always insist on the basic location of "rooted matrix, close to industry";the development strategy of "develop export business, bigger and stronger"; the development road of "set up industry, integrate industry and trade"; the business propose of "integrity-based, customer first"; and work policy of "Advocate harmony, people-oriented" .We rely on continuous innovation&opening up, optimizing export structure, improving trade means, broadening the field of business, and constantly pursuing leap forward, finally we realize the transformation of export growth mode, promote the expansion of business scale and broaden the management field gradually. At the beginning of the company's creation, the I/E volume was less than 5 million dollars, now it has increased to nearly 200 million dollars, of which the annual export volume has reached 130 million dollars, and the annual turnover of the company has reached 2 billion 400 million yuanes.
